I grind my own spices at home and use it I drink cinnamon tea every night last thing before bed and I drink it first in the morning no sweeteners it let me sleep straight through the night after o straight drinking cinnamon tea over a long period of time I see a lot of changes in my body am breathing very well I don't crave to eat regular and am not hungry aften it's very useful but you have to be consistent

One of my favourites. I was grown on guavas. I love everything guava - guava juice, guava jam, fully ripe, fit, I even used to eat them green - I wouldn’t recommend eating green guava though.

Here from St.Vincent. I have several in our yard. We know when weather is coming. The leaves on the tree turn over and show the silvery side. It don’t have to be a hurricane. It works on colds for sure. And my mother used the dry leaves too for ornamental purposes. I wonder if it’s a relative of pawpaw cause of the hollow stems, similar medicinal leaves the trunk and the shape of the leaves are similar too.
